大阪某年夏天，加奈子、淳、健二是三个形影不离的好朋友。某天，住在孤儿院的健二被卖给了黑社会，三人的友情被迫中止。转眼过了25年，加奈子（田畑智子饰）成为家庭主妇，淳（仁科贵饰）变成了名不见经传的黑道小人物，健二（坂口拓饰）则蜕变成名震黑社会的强人。为了成为组织内的二把手，健二不小心杀死了关东的黑道人物，从而引发了关东和关西黑道的大碰撞。为了筹备消弭战争所用的高达两亿日元的和解费，健二不得不铤而走险刺杀某政客。他和朋友的人生都驶向了疯狂的道路……
